Important Notes

Registration for the Conference can be made Online through the conference web site.
|
Registration Fee includes access to the scientific sessions, exhibition and certificate of attendance.
Registrants will be able to select the First and Second Early Birds discounts up to 18:00 GMT on 30th August and 25th November 2010 respectively.
If payment has not been received within the above stated deadlines, registrants will be charged the next available fee. This applies to registrants submitting bank/wire transfers, cheques, and credit card payments that are declined.
Conference Registrations will not be confirmed until the completed form and the correct payment is received and processed by the Registration Team.
Delegates should obtain a confirmation number from the Registration Team before committing to any travel arrangements.
EOC 2010 Organizers cannot be responsible for spam filters on the registrant's email which may block the confirmation email/s. Registrants should ensure that the spam filters will allow mail from pco@eoc2010.com and the conference registration coordinator.
Accommodation costs are not included in the conference registration fee. Delegates are responsible for making their own lodging arrangements. Kindly visit the accommodation section for details
Payment for on-site registration will be accepted in cash (US Dollars and UAE Dirhams only) or credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
Students and Residents should submit an Identification form or letter of recognition from their institute. This can be sent by email to pco@eoc2010.com or by fax to 9714 4270493.

Payment
|
At the end of the online registration form registrants are given the option of paying either by bank transfer or online by credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
By Bank Transfer
If this payment option is selected an invoice will be sent to the registrant's email address. Transfers to be made in favour of Meeting Minds FZ LLC, as per the following details;

All bank charges (including those of the beneficiary's bank) are to be paid by the sender.
In case of a difference between the amount received and the amount due, payment must be made before collecting your badge/s onsite.
A copy of the bank transfer receipt must be faxed or emailed to Meeting Minds, pco@eoc2010.com to finalize the registration.
Once the transfer has been received by Meeting Minds a payment receipt will be sent to the registrant.
Registrations should be considered as finalized only if a payment receipt is received by the registrant.
By Credit Card Online
Credit card payments may be made by either Visa or MasterCard online.
The merchant name on your credit card bill will be recorded as Meeting Minds FZ LLC.

Cancellation
|
Cancellations received no later than 07th November 2010 will be refunded less:
- US$50 processing fee - 3% service charge for credit card payments. - Bank charges for refunds made by bank transfer.
Cancellations received after 07th November 2010 will not be eligible for a refund.
All cancellation requests must be made in writing to Meeting Minds, pco@eoc2010.com.
Refunds once approved will be processed within 60 days.
Refunds will be made either by bank transfer or credit card as per the mode payment used by the registrant.

Substitutions

Substitutions are acceptable until 07th November 2010.
Only written requests sent by email to pco@eoc2010.com will be processed.

1. Registration requests will be processed on first-come, first-served basis. 2. Cash payments will not be accepted. 3. Each delegate should complete a separate registration form. 4. Please carry along a print out of your registration payment receipt for badge collection. 5. Conference proceedings are subject to change without prior notice. 6. Enquiries, changes and cancellations should be made in writing to Meeting Minds, pco@eoc2010.com.
